テロ支援国家指定に関する連邦法
テロ支援国家の指定は、３つの連邦法Export Administration Act Section 6(j), Arms Export Control Act Section 40, Foreign Assistance Act Section 620Aに基いて行われます。

    Section 6(j) of the Export Administration Act (50U.S.Code Appendix 2405(j)(4))
    Section 40 of the Arms Export Control Act (22 USC §2780(f))
    Section 620A of the Foreign Assistance Act (22 USC §2371(c))
