WMD Proliferation - Everyone's Concern

Fukuoka - Robert Einhorn, Senior Advisor at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and Former Assistant Secretary for Nonproliferation, spoke on "Strengthening WMD Nonproliferation: U.S. Initiatives and International Cooperation" before academics, media, security professionals, businesses, and local government officials at the American Center. He focused on nuclear issues in North Korea and in Iran and flavored his lecture with personal experiences and anecdotes from his nonproliferation and arms control negotiations.
