(Former Director of the South America, Project The Center for Strategic and International Studies [CSIS])

Mr. Diaz is expected to speak about the Latino population's influence on the 2008 Presidential Election and how leading candidates try to court the Latino Vote. Mr. Diaz may also discuss Latino influence on policy-making such as immigration issues, multicultural integration, and bilingual education.
