Mr. Precht, an authority on jury and criminal justice issues, has extensive experience consulting with foundations working in both the United States and Asia. During this presentation, he spoke on the U.S. jury system and how it differs from the Japanese "saiban-in" system and what lessons might be learned from U.S. court procedures.
