Please note:
Social security beneficiaries can also contact SSA Manila directly to report certain changes of status (such as name change, address change, report of death, etc.) or for enrollment/cancellation of direct deposit of benefits checks.
Non-receipt of Benefits Payments
For customers receiving paper checks, Social Security payments are usually dated and delivered on the 3rd day of the month following the month for which the payment is due. For example, your June monthly benefit payment would be dated and delivered on July 3rd.
If you don't receive your payment on time, please wait until the beginning of the next month, and if it still hasn't arrived, you can contact SSA Manila directly or contact the Embassy or your closest Consulate. SSA will issue a replacement payment.
