For Tokyo:

Appointments are available Monday-Friday, 8:45-11:45 a.m. and 2-3:45 p.m., except Wednesday afternoons and on Japanese and U.S. public holidays. Please make just one appointment per family.

For Naha:

Appointments are available Monday-Thursday, 8-11:30 a.m. and 1-3 p.m., except Japanese and U.S. public holidays. The ACS section will be closed to the public on Fridays (except for emergencies). Please make just one appointment per family.

The scheduled appointment will be automatically cancelled for the applicant who arrives one hour or later than the appointed time. The applicant will be required to make a new appointment via our website.
